This CV Pool Explicit Consent Form has been prepared by AVRUPAKENT GAYRİMENKUL YATIRIM ORTAKLIĞI ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("AVRUPAKENT GYO"), acting as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK" or the "Law"), for the purpose of obtaining the explicit consent of candidates who submit job applications through the Careers section of the website www.avrupakentgyo.com to the processing of their personal data for future employment opportunities.

This form supplements the Job Applicant Privacy Notice. It covers your explicit consent to the retention and evaluation of your application information for future employment opportunities, separately from the personal data processing activities necessary to evaluate your current job application.

1. Personal Data Subject to Explicit Consent

Subject to your explicit consent, the following personal data provided by you through the Careers application form may be processed within the scope of the CV pool:

1. Identity Information: First name, last name, place of birth, and date of birth.
2. Contact Information: Email address, telephone number, and full address.
3. Application Information: Position applied for and application date.
4. Other Information: Personal information related to your job application that you voluntarily provide in the optional message field of the application form.

The processing of special categories of personal data is not intended within the scope of the CV pool. You should not provide special categories of personal data, such as health information or information concerning criminal convictions and security measures, in the message field of the application form.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

If you provide your explicit consent, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

1. Recording and retaining your job application information in the CV pool.
2. Evaluating your application information for suitable job positions that may become available in the future.
3. Assessing your professional suitability for future employment opportunities.
4. Contacting you when suitable job opportunities become available.
5. Inviting you to job interviews as part of future recruitment processes.

3. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data recorded in the CV pool based on your explicit consent will be retained for a maximum period of 2 (two) years from the date you provide your explicit consent.

Upon expiration of this period, your personal data in the CV pool will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized unless another valid legal basis for retention exists.

If you withdraw your explicit consent before the expiration of the two-year period, personal data processing activities related to the CV pool will be discontinued, and your personal data for which no other valid legal basis for retention exists will be deleted or destroyed in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data processed within the scope of the CV pool may be transferred to authorized service providers located in Türkiye that provide operational and technical support for the CV pool system, solely for the purposes specified above and subject to compliance with the conditions set out in Article 8 of the KVKK.

This explicit consent does not include consent to the transfer of your personal data to AVRUPAKENT GYO's affiliates, subsidiaries, other group companies, or abroad. If such transfers are to be carried out, the applicable legal requirements must be fulfilled separately.

5. Voluntary Nature and Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

Providing your explicit consent to be included in the CV pool is entirely voluntary. Refusing to provide explicit consent will not prevent your current job application from being received or evaluated, nor will it have any adverse effect on the evaluation of your application.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, you may send your request to info@avrupakentgyo.com using an email address that you have previously provided to the data controller and that is registered in its systems, or use the other application methods specified in the Job Applicant Privacy Notice.

Withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing activities carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

6. Explicit Consent Declaration

Having been informed about the matters described above, I hereby give my explicit consent, freely and voluntarily, to the processing of my personal data specified above by AVRUPAKENT GAYRİMENKUL YATIRIM ORTAKLIĞI ANONİM ŞİRKETİ for the purposes of evaluating my suitability for future job opportunities, retaining my personal data in the CV pool for a maximum period of 2 (two) years from the date of my explicit consent, and contacting me when suitable employment opportunities become available.
